The first Saturday "Seaside Art Walk" held each month throughout the year. Galleries located in downtown Seaside are open late until 8pm with showings and engagements by selected artists. Sponsored by the Seaside Chamber of Commerce. music, refreshments and a walking map are available.

Timed to coincide with the first Saturday Art Walk, fairweather house and garden launches a month long exhibition of a new emerging artist. In addition, new showings by established artists provide deeper explorations of various media.
